You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to Geckly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
All websites, designs, and materials created by Geckly for your business become your property upon full payment. Geckly retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Geckly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
Geckly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
